Theyโ€™re not burned out, theyโ€™re mis-seated.


Hybrid work, automation, and AI are reshaping every seat faster than most leaders can redesign them.


The problem isnโ€™t the people. Itโ€™s that the seat they were hired for no longer exists.


Weโ€™re still writing job descriptions for a world that doesnโ€™t match the work.


We keep promoting the โ€œbestโ€ performers into roles that now demand different energy, tools, and thinking.


And we call it underperformance when itโ€™s really seat decay.


The right person in the wrong seat will always fail. But in 2025, the wrong seat can fail the right person.ย
